The challenge of capturing the essence of a unique brand
Idea!Zarvos is a real estate developer that has been revolutionizing architecture in the city of São Paulo with projects that transform the urban landscape. Major architects and new architectural talents from Brazil and other countries encounter creative freedom in its developments, always based on the triad that orientates the company: aesthetics / use / surroundings.
The result is projects recognized globally as benchmarks, introducing a new style of living that is flexible and connected with the residents’ needs.
The major challenge with the new website was to do justice to the conception and history of all the developments, telling the brand’s story through its legacy and, at the same time, providing enough objective information for potential buyers.

The design is minimal and timeless, placing the architectural images at the center of attention. The pages were designed to show both the great scale and the small details, both the facades and the surroundings, as well as moments of the residents’ lives. The design simplified to the essence requires a meticulous finish and micro-interactions that promote fluidity and movement, exploring the possibilities of digital, but never overlapping the text and image content.
The result is a website that enables this unique, pioneering brand to express its essence, from inspiration to realization. The pages of the developments were conceived both to recount the history of 15 years of projects and the mark they have left on the city, and to show the launches that are preparing it for the future.
