Heineken

An app to modernize beverage stock replacement orders

UX & Design
Food & Beverage

Present in over 70 countries, Heineken faced the challenge of modernizing how bars and restaurants place their beverage orders in a way that streamlined the process, ensuring the establishments felt secure about their stock levels. To eliminate paper orders, we projected a self-service application that counts stock in real-time and concentrates the group’s beverage orders in various parts of the world.

100%

different languages to communicate valuable information for a group that operates globally.

A real-time facilitator application

The application needed to be easy to use and to provide rapid responses. In the solution projected, an order can be repeated with just one click. A new order can be placed with just a few more clicks. Guaranteeing no surprises from the order to the delivery, the customer can see the stock of each beverage in real-time and knows the date when the order will be delivered. They can also see the latest date and time on which to place an urgent order for inclusion in the next delivery available.

Space for new employee profiles

In addition to streamlining the group’s beverage purchase process, the solution has transformed the profile of its representatives. They now assume the role of business consultant, with a focus on new opportunities and improved customer service.
