One of Basement’s main missions is to organize cap tables (lists of partners and their stakes) for start-ups. From there, the concept evolved to a dialogue platform between start-ups and their investors. Corporate legal events, tracking of indicators and other changes are then reported in an environment that is both structured and flexible.

A platform made to evolve. In addition to facilitating the internal organization of start-ups and their communication with investors, Basement manages stock option plans and simulates rounds of investment. The start-up has evolved greatly since its launch, and the basic conception of the platform and branding have created a solid basis for this growth.
