Try founder and CEO. A graduate in languages and literature, she worked in the communication market as an editor at Folha de S. Paulo. She was on the founding team of UOL, one of Brazil’s biggest digital brands.  She founded Try in 2003, with the vision of helping to build the best product possible, combining business vision with the available resources. Try is the first UX consultancy in Brazil; it opened up the market and has since launched the careers of hundreds of professionals.

Patricia de Cia started working with UX at Try in 2005. She left to do her master’s, and when she returned to the market, she implanted UX areas and led teams in the communication, B2B and retail segments, including Abril Digital, Locaweb, Saraiva and Tok&Stok. She is back at to Try to head up the testing and research team. A graduate in Journalism, she has a master’s in Italian Literature and postgraduate studies in Art History.

He has worked in various areas of graphic design, dedicating a major part of his career to the editorial and branding area. This involved spells at Editora Trip, Editora Abril and some digital design and branding boutiques. For over 15 years he has worked with major names in the market, always oriented to brand development with a digital focus. Currently he coordinates the visual area at Try, stimulating creative thinking and the refinement of each project detail.

A specialist in digital strategy, focused on interactive design and user experience. In the past 20 years, she has developed products with diverse characteristics, always with a focus on the human and on innovation. She is a graduate in Journalism, with an MBA in Digital Management and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Design and Innovation from the Instituto Europeo di Design. She has worked at some of the best digital agencies in Brazil and taught UX/UI at Ironhack. Director of the project and product area.

A graduate in Business Administration with postgraduate studies in Finance. He has worked in Finance for around 15 years, including the Treasury, Investor Relations and Control areas. Alessandro has previously led projects in structured operations, financial planning and market communications in companies such as Mangels and Braskem.

Lizzi Lemos is director of Talent at TRY, responsible for recruitment and selection, as well as retention and talent development.  Before working in HR, Lizzi had a multifaceted career working for over ten years in multinationals as an environmental engineer and in the sustainability and social responsibility management areas. Lizzi’s dream of doing a master’s abroad is now coming true. She loves discovering new places with her 4-year-old daughter Maya.
